The trigger has started the workflow. What's next? Data begins to flow between nodes. The first surprise for most beginners: a node doesn't receive a single record, it receives a list.
Every n8n workflow starts in the same place — with a trigger that decides when and how the automation runs.
n8n has hundreds of ready-made integrations available, but in practice, most workflows are built from the same handful of universal nodes.
Yes. Michał Kozak is building an n8n community in Poland focused on practical workshops, meetups and process automation. Michał Kozak holds n8n accreditations.
The main hub is Poznań, but the knowledge base and the community are open to people from all over Poland, including Wrocław, Gdańsk, Szczecin, Kraków and Łódź.
n8n is a tool for workflow automation and app integration. The workshops are for technical and non-technical people: founders, marketers, operations specialists, freelancers, developers and companies that want to reduce manual work and make better use of AI.
The easiest way is to sign up with the “Join us” form on this page and follow the knowledge base, where event announcements and practical automation materials are published.
The price is shown next to every event in the Events section. Events marked as “Free” have no fee — you only need to register, because the number of spots may be limited. When all spots are taken, you can join the waiting list.
No. n8n meetups are attended both by people who are just discovering automation and by practitioners with implementation experience. If a workshop requires preparation, for example a laptop or an n8n account, we say so in the event description.
Write via the contact form on this page or email hello@kozakmichal.pl. Briefly describe the topic, who it is for and what you would like to share. Practical case studies and real n8n implementation experience are especially welcome in the knowledge base and at meetups.
We publish guides, recaps and post-event materials in the knowledge base. For past events, the Events section links to the recap whenever one has been published.
